What is the difference between Dial Me In’s “Hosted” and “On-Premise” Solutions?
“Hosted Solution” refers to Dial Me In Alert Notification’s Network’s “Hosted Level 3Secured Facility Solution” which is located in Cleveland, Ohio. This option allows you to “Lease” our Network Alert Notification services and is available to groups with 2500 members and smaller. Our secure Level 3 facility provides you with access to our State of the Art Alert Notification Network Servers with Remote connectivity. Your Group/Member database is stored on our servers and you simply Lease our Alert Notification equipment yearly. Size is limited to smaller groups and you are provided Remote Access via both Dial In and Web Interface.
“On-Premise Solution” refers to Dial Me In’s Industry leading “Voice Broadcaster Pro” which provides you with the option of your own “On-Premise Turn-Key” in which we deliver and install your equipment at your location or at a determined Level 3 secure facility. Choosing this option allows you more flexibility to perform virtually unlimited mass communication services to your Community, Educational Facility, Government Offices, or any other Group/Organization on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis whenever you need it. Dial Me In also offers below wholesale Tier 1 priced SIP, DS1, and DS3 platform circuits for both Local and Long Distance telephone dialing so be sure to request a quote! How Difficult is your Hosted Solution to Operate?
You are provided with a “Free Test Account” setup where you can be the judge of our User-Friendly options. You are given a Toll Free Dial Up number and Web Interface access that allows you to experience this option.

Am I Limited to the number of Messages I can Deliver?
No! On our “Hosted” solution you are limited to 2500 total numbers; however, we have many different options available to you. Keep in mind you will have many more options available with our Voice Broadcaster Pro ”On-Premise” solution.

Will my Database be Secure?
Absolutely! We offer options such as XML Interface which allows you to maintain your data’s integrity on your own servers and stream your required data directly to our Network Severs without the worry of losing your data’s integrity. Be sure to inquire to the number of options available to you.

Do I have 24 Hour Access?
Yes! All Emergency Notification accounts have unlimited 24-hour access via both dial-in and web interface. All accounts other than Emergency have access as well, however, only Emergency Alert accounts are permitted to schedule Voice Broadcasts 24/7.

How Do I know My Message Will Be Delivered Timely?
Dial Me In is the leader in Alert Notification due to extensive research and implementation of our 6 Level Account Tiered Prioritization Scheduling. Each account serviced by Dial Me In is classified by the type of Alert Notification required. Example: A College Campus Emergency Alert Notification account would be setup as a Tier 1 Emergency Account that would maintain a Tier 1 Top Priority scheduling status. This allows our Alert Notification Network to recognize an Emergency Alert account immediately and assign that account accordingly with the highest priority over any other account such as Public Service accounts or any other account.

Does Dial Me In offer multiple accounts with different types of Prioritization?
Certainly! Example: A Community Group could have an Emergency Alert Account with Tier 1 Priority and multiple additional “Sub-Group” accounts with lower levels of priority for Community Events, Public Service messages, and multiple other Tiers for just about any type of delivery required.

What is the difference in Tier Level Pricing?
Emergency Alert Notification always carries the highest Tier 1 prioritization and other sub-group accounts will be billed at appropriate levels depending upon the type of services required. All pricing is based upon volume and frequency of service required.

How Do I Know What Size On-Premise System I will require?
Voice Broadcaster Pro “On-Premise” system vary in size from as small as (4) Lines and increase to (300) lines with Unlimited increased scalability. The capacity system you will need will depend upon how you plan to deliver your Voice Broadcasting messages. Example: A College Campus with 10,000 faculty members and students would require a smaller capacity system than a Campus with 25,000 faculty and students in attendance. Our Sales Representatives will work with you to help you determine which capacity would best fit your requirements.

Does Dial Me In offer the only available “On-Premise” Alert Notification system?
Absolutely! Don’t be fooled by others who will tell you that you better off Leasing or Renting their services! Will I need additional Telephone Lines?
This question depends upon the type of “On-Premise” Voice Broadcaster Pro system you choose. Dial Me In Alert Notification provides you with extremely cost effective options that no one else in the Industry offers! These options include SIP/VOIP and DS1/DS3 platforms. Other companies only offer you costly and expensive traditional means of outdated Voice Broadcasting delivery using standard auto dialer options.
